Is Cyberhood Office the right tool for me?
Cyberhood Office is a complete office solution. Whether your business is samll, medium, or big, it takes care of all you need to organize a business. Cyberhood Office offers scalable subscription and flexible payment options.
Each subscription provides you 1 business account and 1 GB workspace, featuring Information Center, Email, Address Book, Web HD, Calendar, Bulletin Board, To-do, Web Messenger, and Workflow. There are optional add-ons such as Leave, Missive (Chinese version only), and Business Travel.
How much is a subscription?
There are 4 kinds of subscription:
A 30-day subscription is US$14.99. A 90-day subscription is US$44.97. A 180-day subscription is US$89.94. A yearly subscription is US$179.88.
Each additional system (Leave, Missive, or Travel) is US$1.15 per 30-day cycle. Subscription of both Leave and Travel comes to US$1.99. Each additional 1 GB workspace is US$3.00, also per 30-day cycle.
Do you offer discount with volume orders?
Yes, we do. For the first time subscriber we offer a one-time 40% discount for a 30-day subscription, or a one-time 60% discount for the first 90-day subscription.
After that, for a 180-day renewal, there's a 5% discount. For a 365-day (a full year) renewal, a 10% discount applies.
What do I need to sign up?
The information you need for signing up is as the following: your name, phone number, a vaild email address, an admin account username, sub-domain or domain name, and if applicable, name of your business, business registration number (Taiwan only), address and phone number. You also need to have a credit card or a Paypal account to complete purchase and activate the account.
Where do I sign up?
To get started, click here or the "Sign Up" button on the menu. You need a valid email address to verify and activate an admin account. Then, you need an account username and password to sign in.

We provide vouchers in exchange of services and subscription renewal. The voucher uses a point system where 1 point's value is 1 dollar. A purchase of 10 dollars worth 11 points. One-time service charge is 3 points.
